1. Flow Reduces Imposter Syndrome

What is Flow?

The “in the zone” feeling of focus, creativity, and mastery where time feels like it has slowed and you get lost in the confidence of overcoming the challenge ahead.

It’s the state where the curtains of self-doubt have been pulled back and the answers you have been looking for are right ahead.

This feeling of mastery is the exact opposite of feeling like an imposter. We recognize and embrace the fact that we are good at what we are doing.

We've all experienced Flow and the only difference between high-performers and most people is their ability to tap into this “zone of genius” more regularly and consistently. Luckily just like they've learned that tapping into Flow is a skill that can be honed so can you learn these skills as an entrepreneur.

2. The Flow Continuum

Think of a time you were in a Flow state.

Did you remember being in PEAK focus, creativity, mastery?

When most people think of Flow they think of this quintessential state and haven’t learned it is a continuum of Flow experiences from lower Flow states to higher Flow states.

Because of this, they miss out on identifying the high Flow state precursors they can leverage to achieve Flow more often.

Next time you’re feeling near your “zone of genius” take a moment and write down your thoughts to help you identify your personal Flow precursors and learn from them over time.
