1. The Five Mindset Rule

Luck is a mindset.

Gratitude is a mindset.

Success is a mindset.

Growth is a mindset.

Happiness is a mindset.

You are the average of the five mindsets you surround yourself with.

2. Embrace Being A Multihyphenate

It’s challenging to be a multihyphenate in business when you hear the message time and again to pick only one interest and focus intensely on just this.

This advice may work for some, but for the multihyphenate, it’s difficult to prune our passions back.

While the advice may be well-intentioned it misses two crucial aspects.

First, our interconnected interests are the bedrock of the strengths that have inspired and motivated us on our journey. It’s our ability to see the connected patterns others cannot which differentiates us and gives us a competitive advantage we thrive on.

Second, goal-setting and having multiple passions are not adversaries. In fact, honing your goal-setting skills and establishing a meaningful balance between the two is crucial to being able to execute on multiple fronts.

If you're a multihyphenate, then see your interests for all the strength they provide.
