Do You Speak Fluent Startup
Entrepreneurs, this week I've been consumed with ideas on strategy and how we talk about startups. This is why I put these 2 Ideas and 1 Playlist together to help you understand your strategy for success. Let me help you get ahead of the competition and send me a message.

1. Can You See The Strategy Through The Tactics
Tactics are satisfying. When a situation arises (good or bad) and we jump into action, then we’re left with a feeling of fulfillment progress has been made.
Tactics are a lens. When we look at our competitors, we see their tactics and then measure our tactics against theirs and make judgments on how we are doing.
Tactics without a goal are busywork. When we focus only on the tactics instead of focusing on how our tactic fits into our strategy, then that tactic isn’t worth doing.
How have you been deploying tactics instead of strategy?
2. Speaking Fluent Startup
How do you measure your startup fluency?
Accuracy, the quality of being true. Because startups are high-stakes ventures where mistakes have costly consequences and being accurate is paramount to success.
Comprehension, the capacity to understand. Because stringing together a list of acronyms like MVP, CAC or GTM is not enough if you don’t understand how they are integrated to accelerate your business.
Expression, the intonation of spirit or character. Because the emotional journey of a startup can feel like it’s a rollercoaster, it can feel like it’s on fire, it can feel like it’s a rollercoaster that’s on fire, and how you describe a startup describes the culture of the company.
Have you aced being startup fluent? If not, then send me a message and we’ll increase your competency.
