Subtract For Impact
Entrepreneurs, we founders are always trying to gain a competitive advantage and optimize for success. As an entrepreneur coach, I help startups understand how to do that by understanding their time and their definition of impact. Here are 2 Ideas and 1 Playlist to help you gain the same knowledge.

1. Work Starts On Time That Ends On Time
We’ve all had days when work is piling up and the clock feels like it’s moving at breakneck speed.
Your tasks in the morning become a logjam before lunch and it’s left you feeling overwhelmed you won’t be able to finish.
How did this happen?
Instead of removing impediments to completing on time (letting meetings run over, responding immediately to requests, etc.), you've negotiated someone else’s priorities over your goals.
2. Subtract For Impact
We tend to think more is better.
Because of this, we like to add on (more features, more services, etc.) in our attempts to improve.
Optimal, ideal, excellence is having the desired elements, not the most elements.
The question you need to start incorporating today is:
What can I remove to improve? What can I subtract for greater impact?
