Ditch The Pitch
Entrepreneurs, how can you stay motivated longer and fuel your passion?
What's one piece of advice you're not getting as an entrepreneur?
As an entrepreneur coach, these are two answers most entrepreneurs, startups, and investors miss. Here are the answers and an amazing playlist I couldn't stop listening to this week.
It can be time-consuming to find a group of fellow entrepreneurs to learn with; which is why I've created an entrepreneur mastermind group for you, check it out here.

1. Ditch The Pitch
When I was young I thought there was a perfect pickup line I could master. I'd talk with friends about it, work on it, and practice it. When they failed I questioned my own abilities, worth, but never did I question the approach.
No one likes someone trying to sell them something. It feels inauthentic and dirty when it happens.
And yet, this is exactly the advice we give to founders. Have a pitch!
And because of this, when you meet founders you’re inundated with them pitching you their company and idea.
“What brings you here tonight?” Founder’s response, insert pitch.
“How do you spend your time?” Founder’s response, insert pitch.
“What do you enjoy doing?” Founder’s response, insert pitch.
You have a mission, a purpose, a passion; let it shine bright and stop making the mistake of talking about it in a one-size-fits-all 30-second pitch.
2. Turbo Boost Your Passion With Curiosity
Curiosity is the easy, no-work stage of passion.
It's the idea that keeps lingering in your mind while you're working and you can't wait to get back to. It's the time you make to read about it later after a busy day or the videos you watch when you have a spare moment.
It takes effort, but it doesn’t feel like work.
Curiosity is the igniter of passion; passion the fuel of purpose.
Bring curiosity into your passion practice and you will fuel your purpose longer and stronger.
